Andy nominated for Channel [V] music awards

This year's Channel [V] Chinese Music Awards will be held on 11 January at Hong Kong's Queen Elizabeth Stadium.

Jay Chou is nominated for 5 awards and Jolin Tsai is nominated for 9 awards thus becoming the ceremony's favourite, whereas Leehom had 8 nominations.

Jolin, Fish Leong, Penny Tai and Cyndi Wang will be vying for the Best Female Singer and Most Popular Female Singer award. Jay is nominated for the Best Male Singer, Most Popular Male Singer and Best Composer Singer award.

Andy Lau and Eason Chan will be vying for the Most Popular Male Singer in Hong Kong, Jacky Cheung is the only Hong Kong representative to be nominated for the Best Male Singer award.
