Protege premieres in Beijing

Distributed by Beijing Polybona Film Distribution Co. Ltd, Protege held its premiere and meet-the-fans session at Oriental Plaza Cineplex last night. Director Derek Yee, producer Peter Chan, Andy Lau, Daniel Wu, Louis Koo and Ho Mei Tian attended.



At the Beijing premiere, Andy got the loudest cheers as more than 100 Andy's fans dressed in orange uniform were already waiting for Andy's arrival at the cineplex entrance, thus making the cineplex jam packed.



Although the red carpet ceremony was simple but whatever action that director Derek Yee, producer Peter Chan, Andy Lau, Daniel Wu, Louis Koo made, fans reacted with cheers and screams. Everyone did their best to promote the movie, Andy even tell the fans directly: "Hope all of you to watch Protege, I don't mind if you watched it 10 times!"



After the 15 minutes meet-the-fans session, Derek lead the cast into the cinema hall to watch the movie.



After the premiere in Beijing, the cast of the movie would continue its promotion in Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen.
