Twins had always hope to win the Charity Gold Live Group award at the TVB Jade Solid Gold Music Awards as if they win, they would get the chance to perform with Andy Lau and could have perform Latin dance with him. According to the producer, the current leading group was Andy and Twins.
Twins were in the Hong Kong Coliesum to rehearse for this particular award segment, when asked if they have the confidence to win and collaborate with Andy, a modest Twins said that although they were leading for a couple of days but they hope more people vote would be better as every telephone call would raise more funds for charity.
When pointed out that Latin dance costume was normally rather sexy but Twins exclaimed that they should not be too sexy but most importantly is the pre-peparation work as they normally would wear shorts pants as protection but this time round they could wear cyclist pants. Twins feel that Latin dance is a difficult task as they suffer aching waist and headaches during rehearsal. Although Charlene Choi did have a Latin dance during their concert but the dance steps for the rehearsal is far more simple, furthermore it's dancing with Andy. Gillian Chung pointed out that she would be more nervous during the performance as she never dance Latin dance before and never get so close to Andy before.
