After one and a half day of screening in Mainland China and Hong Kong, Media Asia's The Warlords had collected a total box office taking of $2.5 million and Media Asia decided to have a celebration in advance on 19 December. One of the main lead Takeshi Kaneshiro was interviewed by TVB and he exclaimed that the scene that leaves the deepest impression is the scene that he went to kill Jet Li. Although the scene only last a few minutes but the shooting was tough as it was shot under cold weather and in the rain for a few days, that resulted his and Jet Li's costume shrank due to the water.

Jet hope that through the foundation's help and it would affect the 10,000 youngsters and build a beautiful culture for these youngsters in the next 20 years to help others, it would be as common as drinking a cup of coffee before work and continue to spread the beautiful nature of Chinese culture.
