Andy and Stephen vying to be Hundred Flower's Best Actor

The 28th Hundred Flowers (Bai Hua) Awards will be held on 12 April in Beijing. During the press conference, the nominees list of the 10 movies was announced and it was the first time that actors from Hong Kong and Taiwan were allowed to compete.

The initial voting will be carried out in 130 cinemas in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chengdu and Zhengzhou by the China City's Cinema Development Association, the votes will not depend on the genres of the movies and actors' popularity, the final standard would be based on the box office collections and audiences' voting.

Currently in the cinemas' voting, Kungful Hustle's Stephen Chow, World Without Thieves's Andy Lau and Rene Liu were leading the voting.
